Eligibility: Only candidates who qualify NEET UG 2024 and fulfill the Rajasthan domicile and other eligibility criteria can participate.

Online Registration:Candidates must register online on the official counseling website by filling out Part 1 and Part 2 of the application form. This step includes providing personal, academic, and contact information, and uploading necessary documents.

Application Fee:A non-refundable application fee is required for registration. The fee varies based on the candidate's category.

Verification Centers:After registration, candidates must attend document verification at designated centers with original documents and two sets of self-attested photocopies.

Required Documents: Key documents include NEET UG 2024 scorecard, 10th and 12th-grade mark sheets, domicile certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and others as specified in the information booklet.

Verification Outcome: Candidates whose documents are successfully verified are eligible for the seat allotment process.

Seat Matrix Availability: Before choice filling, the seat matrix, detailing the available seats across participating colleges, is published on the official website.

Choice Filling: Candidates must log in to the counseling portal to fill and lock their preferred choices of colleges and courses. This step is critical as the seat allotment is based on the choices filled by the candidates.

Fresh Choices Each Round: Candidates are required to fill fresh choices in each round of counseling. Choices from previous rounds are not carried forward.

Allotment Rounds: There are four rounds of counseling, including the Stray Vacancy Round. Allotments are made based on NEET UG 2024 rank, choices filled, reservation policies, and seat availability.

Provisional Allotment Letter: After each round, candidates can download their provisional allotment letter from the official website.

Reporting: Candidates who receive an allotment must report to SMS Medical College, Jaipur (or the designated reporting center) for document submission, fee payment, and confirmation of their admission.

Tuition Fees: The first-year tuition fee must be paid through an online mode to the bank account specified by the Counseling Board. The security deposit made during the choice filling stage will be adjusted against this fee.

Non-Payment Consequence: Failure to pay the fee within the stipulated time results in forfeiture of the allotted seat.

Reporting to the College: After confirming their seat, candidates must report to the allotted college with their admission letter and original documents for physical verification and medical examination.

Bond Submission: Candidates admitted to government and government society medical colleges must submit a bond as per the state’s policy, committing to complete the course and serve in the state if required.

Participation in Subsequent Rounds: Candidates who wish to upgrade their seat or were not allotted a seat in previous rounds can participate in subsequent rounds by filling fresh choices.

Upgradation Process: Candidates already admitted to a college can upgrade their seat in the next round. If upgraded, the previous seat is automatically vacated.

Final Round: The Stray Vacancy Round is conducted to fill any remaining vacant seats. Candidates who have not secured a seat in earlier rounds are eligible to participate.

Final Verification: The admission is confirmed after the final verification of documents and medical fitness at the allotted college.

Commencement of Academic Session: Classes for the new academic session will begin as per the schedule provided by the respective colleges.
